Second Gear Collection - Shipping Information

We want to provide an important update regarding shipping for select items in our Second Gear Collection.

Due to an unexpected customs inspection, a portion of our incoming inventory is currently experiencing delays in the clearance process. While these circumstances are outside of our control, we want to be as transparent as possible so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.

The entire Second Gear Collection is available to shop. However, select items will experience delayed shipping until the remaining inventory is received at our warehouse.

Please note: We do not currently have a confirmed arrival date for these items. Orders containing these products will experience extended fulfillment times. We will continue providing updates as more information becomes available.

The following items are currently in stock at our warehouse and available for fulfillment within our normal processing timeframe:

These items are not affected by the current customs delay.

Important Ordering & Shipping Information

We strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and delayed items.

If you wish to receive currently available products without waiting for delayed inventory, please place those items in a separate order.

Orders containing both in-stock and delayed items will not ship until all items in the order are available. We will not be splitting shipments or sending individual items from the same order separately.

By placing separate orders, your in-stock items can be fulfilled within our normal processing timeframe, while your delayed items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse.

Please note that separate orders may incur separate shipping charges.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product availability before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Please review all product availability and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders containing items affected by the customs delay cannot be canceled or modified due to a change of mind after purchase, except where cancellation or refund rights are required by applicable law.

While these items are experiencing shipping delays, eligible products may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our standard Return Policy. All standard return eligibility requirements, exclusions, and timeframes will continue to apply.

As we do not currently have a confirmed arrival date for the delayed inventory, we will communicate any required shipping updates and provide applicable cancellation or refund options in accordance with consumer protection requirements.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get these products delivered as soon as possible.

We've put an incredible amount of time, effort, and attention into bringing the Second Gear Collection to life, and we know many of you have been looking forward to this release.

Although these unexpected shipping delays have presented challenges, we didn't want to prevent our community from having the opportunity to purchase the pieces they've been waiting for.
