1. What is Prefrd?
Prefrd, short for Resistance Is Preferred is a lifestyle clothing brand dedicated to creating high-quality, stylish, and comfortable clothing for every body. Our mission is to combine modern designs with sustainable practices, ensuring that you look and feel great in every piece you wear.
Not only do we strive for our supporters to feel great in every piece but also know that they are embodying the true meaning of the brand. Resistance is all of the failures and obstacles in your life and you preferring those times because we are true believers that you are not the person you are today without going through those hardships, learning from them and ultimately becoming the best version of yourself.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse through our collection, select the items you’d like to purchase, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout." From there, you'll enter your shipping information, select your payment method, and confirm your order.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the courier's website.
5. How soon will my order ship out?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
6. What does "business days" mean?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. So, if you place an order on a Friday afternoon, it will be processed the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday).
7. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States. Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions or special offers that may include free shipping as well.
8. How long do Pre Orders take to ship?
Our pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship, depending on the item and production time. We will keep you updated on your order status, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
9. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Since pre-orders are made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. Please make sure that you’re confident in your purchase before placing a pre-order. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Do you offer refunds on pre-order items?
Pre-order items are generally non-refundable once the order is placed, unless the product is damaged, defective, or if we are unable to fulfill the order. If you believe there is an issue with your pre-order, please reach out to our customer service team right away.
11. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate different body types (S-2XL). Our size guide, which provides detailed measurements for each size, can be found on the product pages. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
12. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them directly on our website (SEE ACCESSORIES TAB), and they’re perfect for any occasion. They’re delivered via email, and you can use them for yourself or send them to someone special.
13. How do I care for my clothing?
For most of our pieces, we suggest washing in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve the fabric and colors. Please refer to the product details for specific care instructions.
14. What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns ONLY for damaged or defective items within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our customer service team. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please note that some items, like sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
