At PREFRD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery-Return must be requested and in transit within 14 days of delivery

• Exchanges are not offered at this time

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return only if they:

• Are unworn and unwashed

• Are in original packaging with all tags attached
  

Refunds

• All approved returns will be issued as store credit only

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount

• Returns are subject to inspection before store credit is issued

• Original shipping cost will not be refunded

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@prefrd.us.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
